摘要
随着我国房地产步入高速发展的繁荣时期,房地产不良贷款也在逐渐增加,商业银行应如何处置 这些不良资产,从而保证其健康发展是它必须要解决的问题。本文通过借鉴国外商业银行处置房地产不良贷款的 成功经验,提出处置我国房地产不良贷款的基本思路。
China's real estate temperature is running a bit high. As a result, the had credit home loans will rise. It is urgent that commerce banks treat these bad credit loans. In this paper, the author explores the treatment of the bad credit home loans.
