上世纪90年代以来,我国高等教育管理体制改革取得许多成就的同时,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的深入和面临经济全球化背景下高等教育国际化趋势,我国高等教育管理体制改革仍然存在许多急需解决的问题。在此基础上,思考和探索我国高等教育管理体制改革的思路无疑具有较高理论和实践价值。

Many achievements have been made in reform in higher education since1990's.With the intensifying of socialist market-oriented economy and the trend of internationalized higher education under the globalization,much needs to be done in the reform of higher education.Therefore,it is very important both in theory and practice to explore the way of reform.
