摘要
“木桶理论”对班主任做好班级管理工作,很有启迪作用。班主任在班级管理中要善于发现学生的“长短”,要善于“短中见长”,要善于弥补“短处”,要善于创设“长短互补”的氛围。只有这样,班级这个“木桶”才会增大容量,班级才会有凝聚力。
This paper presents a practical theory in class management.The teachers in charge of a class should be good at finding students'merits and shortcomings,drawing upon their strong points to offset their deficiencies for achieving common progress in class management.
