摘要
在档案工作实践中 ,档案立法工作为推动档案事业的发展 ,坚持依法治档起到了积极作用。然而 ,随着新技术的出现和应用以及社会大环境的发展、变化 ,档案立法工作也应该作出相应的调整 ,进一步补充完善 ,以适应现实环境的变化 ,更好的指导档案工作实践。档案立法的未来发展要力求实现兼容性、前瞻性、可操作性和实践性的统一。
The file law-making plays a positive role in promoting the file work and managing files by law.With the emergence of newtech and the development of social environment,it should be adjusted and improved so as to adapt to the actual situation and practical work.The future of file law-making should be focused on the unity of its compatibility,prospect,manipulation and practicality.
