摘要
由于企业制度(安排)对于制度环境的"嵌入性",企业制度演进不仅遵循了效率追求的逻辑,而且还是制度环境选择的结果。因此,企业制度具有非普适性,中国特色企业制度的形成成为一种必然。
Because of the embeddability,the vicissitude of enterprise institution not only results in the efficiency logic,but also results in the institution environment.So,the enterprise institution is not universal,and it is inevitable that the enterprise institution of China will come into being.
