The 21^(st) century requires all-round talents for personality.As an important part of the whole college education system,physical education undertakes historical missions to turn out all-round talents. How to cultivate qualified talents for the 21^(st) century,and how to construct a new model for college physical education with Chinese characteristics play a leading role in carrying out the future college physical education program. Based on the practical process in our university,this paper draws up an integrated designing plan for college physical education, aiming at providing the college authority with foundations to make decisions on.
