摘要
文章通过对伪证罪的比较研究,就有关伪证罪的几个问题进行了探讨,进而指出我国刑法关于伪证罪的立法缺陷及其完善途径。
The article carries on discussions on several questions in perjury by comparative research in perjury. and then points out the legislative defect about the perjury of criminal law in our country and the way to perfect it.
