摘要
罗杰斯“以学生为中心”的教育理念在人本主义教育思想中占有重要地位。该理论以培养机能充分发挥的人为教育目标,提倡运用非指导性的方法,促进学生学习了解自己的直接经验,并要求教师秉持真诚、信任、接受和同感理解的态度与学生建立平等的教学关系。此主张使教育的立足点重新回归以人为本的立场,对我国现时的教育改革与未来的教育发展都有很大借鉴意义。
The “students-centered education idea' of Rogers plays an important role in the humanistic theory of education. The theory takes cultivating people who can exert enginery well as the teaching goal. It advocates non-directive methods, facilitating students realizing their own direct practice, and require teachers setting up democratic relations with students holding pure-hearted, trustful, acceptant, sympathetic attitudes. This opinion possesses referencing value for our nation's present education reformation and education development in the future.
