放电金属喷射造型中气流对熔融球的影响

摘要 为探讨在金属喷射造型中气流对熔融球直径和形状误差的影响,利用光学显微镜测量每次放电形成的熔融球各个方向的直径,分析熔融球的形状误差.结果显示气流使熔融球直径和形状误差减小,金线的突出长度越短,熔融球直径和形状误差越小,随着放电时间的延长熔融球直径增大.但在气流作用下,熔融球直径增大程度减小,气流使熔融球直径的分布略微变得分散. In order to examine the impact of airflow on the diameter and shape of the molten metal drop, drop diameters along several directions are measured with optical microscope and shape error of the drop is analyzed. It is shown that airflow can reduce the diameters and shape error of the drop, the shorter the exerted length the smaller the diameters and shape errors are and the longer the discharge time the larger the drop diameters are. However, with the airflow the enlarging degree of the drop becomes smaller and the airflow diversifies the diameters of the drop slightly.
