摘要 很多食管疾病需要行食管替代术,用自身组织行食管替代创伤大,术后并发症多,而现有的人工食管无法满足食管替代的要求。利用组织工程技术研究人工食管是解决这些问题的希望,本文就利用组织工程技术研究人工食管的发展进行综述。 Many esophageal diseases need esophageal replacement. Replacement with autograft leads to great damage and complications. The existing artificial esophagus, however, cannot match the demands of esophageal replacement. The study of tissue-engineered esophagus is the hope to solve these problems. This article reviews the progression of tissue-engineered esophagus.
