The history logic and technological logic of productivity decides that it is impossible that China realize the traditional big-industrial modernization, rather it can only achieve a new modernization through the great-leap-forward development of productivity. To do so ,China should bring into full play its posterior advantages in the globalization trend and the third revolution tide in science and technology. Only in this way, China can realize the great-leap-forward development of productivity at last.
