螺环磷酰双蜜胺的合成及其对聚乙烯阻燃性能和力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 固相加热螺环磷酰二氯和蜜胺,得到一种含氮、磷的膨胀型阻燃剂螺环磷酰双蜜胺,产率82%,用FTIR表征了产品结构。研究了该产品对PE的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明:螺环磷酰双蜜胺添加量为25%时,PE的氧指数达到25.6%。添加量为20%时,PE的缺口冲击强度由未阻燃的10.2kJ/m2降低到9.07kJ/m2;拉伸强度达到最大值12MPa。 Spiralphosphodimelamine, a P-N containing intumscent flame-retardant, was prepared from spiralphosphodicholor and melamine via solid reaction with a yield of (82 %.) Its flame retardant property and influence on the mechanical properties of PE were investigated. When content of spiralphosphodimelamine was (25 %), LOI of PE was (25.6 %); when content of spiralphosphodimelamine was (20 %), the tensile strength of PE obtained its maximum (12 MPa), however, the impact strength dropped from unloaded 10.2 kJ/m^2 to 9.07 kJ/m^2.
