摘要 由于热风炉在燃烧过程中产生大量的NOX等气体,在一定条件下这种含有NOX的高温气体通过炉内耐火材料缝隙对炉壳钢板产生严重的腐蚀,会带来严重的安全隐患,影响正常生产。为防止炉壳钢板的腐蚀,设计中选用耐酸涂料对钢板进行防护。通过对不同耐酸涂料进行对比试验,选择出适合热风炉使用条件的合理的耐酸涂料。 Large amount of high temperature waste gas containing NO X, will be generated during combustion in the hot air stove and will corrode heavily the shell plate when passing through the gap in the oven refractory materials under a certain condition, consequently will bring serious safety problems and influence normal production. Due to this reason, it is intended to adopt a kind of acid proof coating to protect shell plate from corrosion. By a series of test of service conditions and comparison of different acid proof coating materials, an acid proof coating suitable for the application condition of the hot air stove is selected.
