摘要
本研究实验过程的观察和实验结果表明,致倦库蚊和三带喙库蚊四龄幼虫虽然对多数杀虫剂产生抗性,但1龄幼虫和2龄初期幼虫仍敏感,其中致倦库蚊4龄幼虫景谷株对杀螟硫磷和元阳株对DDT的LC_(50)分别是一龄幼虫的65.2倍和34.9倍。最后文章分析了所得实验结果的原因,并对蚊虫抗药性在幼虫个体发育中的形成过程及机理进行了探讨。
The observation of experimental process and the results on this study showed that instar IV larraes of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and C. tritaeniorhynchus resistance to majority insecticides, but instar I larvaes and initial stage of instar Ⅱ are susceptible to them. The LC50 of instar IV of C. pipiens quinquefasciatus, Jinggu strain to Fenitrothion and Yuanyang strain to DTT were respectively 65.2 times and 34.9 times of that of their instar I. At last this paper analyses why the study gets these results, and explores the developed process and mechanism of mosquito resistance during individual development of larvae.
