摘要 湖泊区域管理信息系统(LVMIS)的建立涉及众多技术、学科领域。该文以洱海湖泊区域管理信息系统(EHLVMIS)为例,阐述系统建立的技术路线和实现方法,重点介绍系统功能目标与数据需求,水体、水资源管理和生态环境综合评价相关专业模型以及软件体系结构配置和系统建设等问题。 This paper takes the Erhai Lake,which is the second biggest lake in Yunnan Province,as a case study to state the methodologies and technologies for implementing the information system of the lake valley administration.Erhai Lake Valley Management Information System (EHLVMIS) is used to enhance the scientific administration,protection and pollution prevention of Erhai lake valley.The EHLVMIS has the following functions:1) to query the characters of water resources,the status of the land use,geospatial data and so forth;2) to analyze the ecological environment pollution and changes;3) to detect the changes of the water quality and volume of Erhai Lake through the decision support models (DSM) developed by the authors.The EHLVMIS is designed and developed based on the technologies of remote sensing (RS),global position system (GPS),geography information system (GIS),as well as the knowledge of water resources and ecological environment.The establishment of the geospatial data framework and DSM for the EHLVMIS is described in the paper.The DSM includes water body model,water volume balance and water resource dispatch model,water quality and zoology control model,ecological environment evaluation model,etc.The three main subsystems,thematic model system,lake valley fundamental GIS and administration information systems of EHLVMIS are expressed.The thematic subsystem is the most important among all the subsystems,which has the functions of water resources management and dispatch,model's management,ecological environment management,etc.The software development technologies,database structures,data classifications and system configuration adopted in EHLVMIS are outlined.To elaborate the methodologies of the implementation of EHLVMIS,the key technologies of the data mining of remote sensing images,area value interposition,automatic workflow and spatial-temporal data process are outlined.Finally,the paper discusses the general theories and technologies in the development and application of lake valley administration information system.
