摘要
分析和研究了椭圆管式间接蒸发冷却器对功能性吸湿材料的要求以及纤维的性能和织物的结构对蒸发冷却能力的影响。在由一种纤维制成的吸湿材料实现不了多种功能的情况下 ,提出了采用复合不同纤维的方法获取具有多种功能的吸湿材料 ,用异形涤纶实现吸水、快湿、快干的功能 ,用Lanseal纤维实现管外壁润湿和与管外壁良好接触的功能 ,并且当使管外壁完全润湿的吸湿材料表面凹坑结构为菱形时才能达到加快蒸发冷却的目的。最后通过单管试验证实了理论设计出的功能性复合吸湿材料的优越性能。
The requests of Ellipse Tube Type Indirect E va porative Cooler for functional Absorbing Water Material, and how fibrous perfo rm ance and fabric configuration affect capability of evaporative cooling were anal yzed and studied. For Absorbing Water Material made by one kind of fibre can n ot achieve multi-function, so compound different fibres to obtain Absorbing Wat er Material which possess multi-function, Abnormity terylene serves as hygroscopy and easy dry and wet functions, Lanseal fiber acts as wetting outside surface o f the tubes and better contact with outside surface of the tubes, when exterior configuration of Absorbing Water Material is rhombic, it can quicken evaporati ve cooling. At last, predominant performance of functional Absorbing Water Mater ial was proved on single tube.
