桑树资源综合利用进展及开发对策

Progress of Comprehensive Utilization of Mulberry Resources and Development Countermeasure

综述了近10年来国内外有关桑树的果、叶、根、枝在医药、食品、化工、动物养殖等方面综合利用的研究进展,并对桑树资源进一步的研究和开发提出了建议。

This paper reviewed the research reports on comprehensive utilization of fruit, leaf, root and stem of mulberry in medicine, food, chemical industry, animal breeding and so on. Suggestions for future research and development on mulberry resources are put forward as well.
