摘要
以北方蚕区现行主要桑树品种选792、沙2、新一之舽、陕305、湖桑32号、农桑14号的1年生绿枝扦插苗为实验材料,研究了水分胁迫对不同桑树品种的膜伤害和保护酶活性的影响。在水分胁迫下,细胞膜受到伤害,细胞膜透性增加,电导率随之增强,作为膜脂过氧化产物的丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,各品种细胞膜受到的伤害度有差异。保护酶SOD、POD、CAT活性都表现出先升后降的变化趋势,但变化规律又有所不同。推测各品种抗旱性存在较大差异,6个供试桑品种抗旱能力从大到小依次为选792>陕305>农桑14号>湖桑32号>新一之舽>沙2。
One-year-old soft-wood cutting seedlings of six mulberry varieties on northern China which includes Xuan792,Sha2,Shinichinose,Shan305,Husang32 and Nongsang14 have been used as materials in this experiment,the effect of soil water stress on cell membrance damage and change of protective enzymes activity in different mulberry varieties has been studied.The cell membrane systems of mulberry were damaged and the osmotic capability boosted up under water stress,relative eletric conductivity and Malondiadehyde (MDA) content increased.Damaging degree was different in various varieties.Protecive enzyme,such as SOD,POD,CAT,activity in different mulberry varieties showed the tendency of decreasing firstly,then increasing,but the changing laws of three kinds of enzymes were different.It is deduced that the drought-resistance of different variety was different markedly,and the order of drought-resistance of different mulberry varieties is: Xuan792 > Shan305 > Nongsang14 > Husang32 > Shinichinose > Sha2 .
