摘要
研究了一种厨具用不锈钢的表面化学着色工艺。探讨了硫酸锌用量、温度、时间和封闭方法对着色膜性能的影响,得出了最佳工艺参数。结果表明:该工艺操作温度范围宽,维护简单,具有推广价值。所得的着色膜色泽鲜艳,均匀,耐蚀性、耐磨性、耐热性、耐油污性好,能满足厨具的要求。
A technology of surface chemical coloring of stainless steel for cooking utensil is studied. Influences of concentration of ZnSO_4,temperature,time,sealing method on coloring film are investigated. The optimum technological parameters are as follows:CrO_3250g/L, H_2SO_4 490g/L,(NH_4)_2MoO_4 10~30g/L,MnSO_43-4g/L,ZnSO_45g/L and temperature 55~75℃.The results show that film is bright and uniform with good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, thermal resistance and oil resistance, which can satisfy demands of cooking utensil. The technology has advantages of wide process temperature range, easy maintenance and high using value.
