目的 探索医疗质量信息分析和管理更加有效的方法。方法 本研究从设计医疗质量信息数据仓库的思 路和理念出发,在详细阐述了概念模型设计、逻辑模型设计、物理模型设计和数据转移的过程和方法以及讨论其可行性和 必要性的基础上,利用多维数据模型和多维分析处理技术等基本原理和方法,建立面向医院管理者的医疗质量信息数据 仓库。结果 建立了数据仓库。结论 数据仓库因其特点和优势,是未来医院信息系统的重要组成部分,将为医院决策、 管理提供更为科学的服务。

Objective To explore the effective methods for analyse and manage of medical quality information. Methods Based on the feasibility and necessity of medical quality information management, the designs of conceptual model, logical model, and physical model, and the process and methods of data transfer were expounded. Results The data warehouse was established. Conclusion The established data warehouse, the important component in the hospital information system, will be helpful in hospital decision-support and hospital administration.
