文章分析了我国股权结构现状、Banzhaf指数和股权结构间的关系。从 Banzhaf指数角度出发 ,举例说明了几种常用的减持方式的异同。
It analyses our country's shareholders structure and the relation betw een Banzhaf power index and shareholders structure. It contrasts the methods of reduction which were often used by using examples from Banzhaf power index.
