摘要 目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)对小鼠异基因骨髓移植(allo-BMT)后血清TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-4的影响.方法:BALB/c小鼠接受60钴11Gy全身照射,将昆明小鼠骨髓移植给该BALB/c小鼠.随机将BALB/c小鼠分A、B两组,A组移植后0~7 d皮下注射HGF,B组皮下注射PBS,移植后第8天取血检测TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-4水平.结果:A组的TNF-α、IFN-γ均低于B组(P<0.01);A组的IL-4高于B组(P<0.05).结论:HGF对小鼠allo-BMT后的细胞因子失衡具有调节作用. Objective To investigate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) on the level of TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation(allo-BMT)in mice. Methods Transplantation of bone marrow of kunming mice to BALB/c mice which were conditioned with 11Gy lethal total body irradiation. BALB/c mice were divided into group A and B, group A were injected subcutaneously with HGF and group B with PBS from day 0 to 7 after allo-BMT.The level of TNF-α, IFN-γand IL-4 were determined by ELISA. Results the levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.01); the levels of IL-4 in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion HGF can adjust the dysregulation of cytokine in serum after allo-BMT in mice.
