摘要
以新近开发的600MW发电机组汽机旁路系统为研究对象,采用大型CAD软件I DEAS对高压旁路减温减压阀进行了温度场和应力场的计算,同时在应力场数值模拟结果的基础上采用θ函数法对阀体的使用寿命进行了估算。通过计算得到了阀体的最大应力值以及其出现的位置,并说明了阀门在使用工况下是安全的,而寿命估算的最后结果为36年。
In the study of the newly developed steam bypass system of a 600 MW power generation set, the temperature and stress fields in the attemperation and pressure reducing valve were calculated with the large-scale CAD software I-DEAS. Simultaneously, with the θ-projection concept, the service life of the valve body was estimated on the basis of numerical simulation results of the stress field. The highest stress and its location on the valve body were obtained by computation. Results show that the valve is safe under working conditions and the final service life estimation is 36 years.
