摘要
采用可编程控制技术和现代通信技术,运用可编程控制器与PC机的通讯协议,设计了一套电子多臂剑杆织机数据传输系统,能在线设置和传送电子多臂机的工作参数,具备网络功能和通用化特性,为构建面向网络的电子多臂剑杆织机网络系统打下基础。可在实际生产中推广应用。
By adopting programming control technology and modern communication technology, a data transmission system applied the stipulation between PC and PLC on electronic dobby rapier weaving machine is developed. This system can set up and read work parameters on line, manage and transmit structure information of fabric, and possess web and generalization capabilities. In addition, this system can be regarded as a firm foundation for constructing network system on electronic dobby rapier weaving machine facing network and is worthy of being promoted in practical manufacture.
