分析了我国目前数控改造的发展趋势,介绍了DSP和单片机的特点及其在数控系统中的应用,提出了一种基于DSP和单片机的数控系统方案,实用表明该方案可行,该控制系统具有良好的工作性能,即可用于普通机床的数控改造,又可用于构成数控机床产品。

Domestic development trend of numerical control renovation was analyzed, features of DSP and singlechip and their application in numerical control system was introduced, at the same time, a solution based on them was given. It was fit for practice. It has good work performance, and it was fit for numerical control renovation of normal machine tool, as well as constructing numerical machine tools.
