摘要
提出了基于边界采样的插值CatmullClark细分曲面造型方法。首先简单介绍了CatmullClark细分规则;为了满足插值边界要求,提出了一种边界采样技术;最后介绍了插值CatmullClark细分方法,并通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。该方法对丰富细分曲面造型技术,推广其曲面造型中的应用起到一定作用。
Based on the advantages of subdivision surface modeling and the importance of interpolating boundary curves in engineering surface, a new interpolating Catmull-clark subdivision by boundary sampling is proposed in this paper. First, Catmull-Clark subdivision scheme is introduced simply, and then in order to satisfy boundary condition, boundary sampling is proposed. At last the algorithm of interpolating Catmull-Clark subdivision is discussed detailedly. The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm is validated through an example.
