摘要
齿轮是机械设备中重要的传动部件 ,广泛应用于汽车、船舶、飞机、农机等机械设备中 ,其质量好坏直接影响整机设备的性能 ,它的失效是诱发机器故障的重要因素。笔者从理论上研讨了齿轮故障的产生机理 ,列举了影响齿轮产生振动的因素 ,并仿真出了齿轮存在不同故障的振动信号图形 ,为诊断齿轮的故障提供了重要的依据。因此 ,可以参考仿真图形与实际图形的对比 ,得出齿轮的故障所在 ,并为此提出了对齿轮振动信号进行处理的各种合适方法 ,同时这些方法也适用于其他大型设备的故障诊断。
The gear is the important part in machine equipment, is widely applied in the various machines or equipment. Its quality affects directly the whole performance of machine and its failure is the important factor inducing the breakdown of the machine. The mechanism of gear fault is theoretically introduced, and factors influencing gear vibration are listed. The vibrating signal graphics of different kinds of gear fault are simulated which could provide important reference value for gear fault diagnosis. By matching the actual graph with simulated graph it enables to find out where the fault is. Meanwhile, various means used in gear vibrating signal processing are provided. The method is also feasible to diagnose fault in other big equipment.
