摘要
介绍了国内外油气管道及高钢级管材的发展情况,国内在X80级管线钢应用基础研究和产品开发方面所开展的工作,及X80级管线钢管的质量状况。分析了X80级管线钢应用中应关注的几个问题。指出:①大口径高压输送及采用高钢级管材是国际管道工程发展的一个重要趋势;②我国实施X80钢级管道工业性工程应用的条件已经基本成熟;③为确保X80级管道的安全可靠,在借鉴国际上先进成功经验的基础上,应进一步加强X80级管线钢应用基础研究和相关的技术攻关。
It presents the development instance of oil and gas pipelines and high grade pipeline both abroad and at home and the development work in basic research and product development for application of grade X80 pipeline steel in China as well as the quality status of grade X80 pipeline.It analyses the few attention issues applied in grade X80 pipeline steel. In the end it point out:1)To adopt high grade pipelines with large diameter high pressure transmission is a important direction of international pipeline project development;2)The application condition of implementing grade X80 pipeline industrial project has already been matured in China;3)To more strength the basic research and the related technology improvement in application of grade X80 pipeline on the basis of using for reference of advanced successful experience to ensure the safety and reliable of grade X80 pipeline.
