摘要 在成功研究、制订西气东输用X70级针状铁素体型管线钢、钢管技术条件的基础上,结合“X80级管线钢管应用工程”具体情况,通过大量试验研究,编制了X80级管线钢、钢管“技术条件”。就X80级管线钢、钢管“技术条件”中几个关键技术问题,如X80级针状铁素体型管线钢的成分、组织、力学性能等的确定原则进行了论述。通过钢铁公司、制管厂的实践应用和对产品的检测,证明X80级管线钢、钢管“技术条件”不仅满足工程要求,而且也适应生产情况。 Through plentiful test and research under the basis of successful research and establish the technical conditions of grade X70 acicular ferrite pipeline steel,steel pipe for West to East Gas transmission pipeline,To combine the specific instances of“Application of Grade X80 Pipelines Project”and write“technical conditions”of grade X80 pipeline steel and steel pipe.It discusses a few key technical issues among“technical conditions”of grade X80 pipeline steel,steel pipe,such as the confirmed principle of the compositions,structure,and mechanical properties,toughness of grade X80 acicular ferrite.It shows “technical conditions”of grade X80 pipeline steel,steel pipe is not only meet the project requirements but also fit the production instance through the practice and application of steel mills,pipe mills and test of the products.
