摘要
介绍了日本JFE钢铁公司X80级和Xl00级管线钢中厚板(12.7~l6.9 mm)的合金设计原则,管线钢的焊接工艺设计和生产工艺流程,指出超冷却能力在线加速冷却工艺的优越性.系统分析了管线钢管的力学性能,冷展平取样方法因包申格效应形成的误差和钢管的现场环焊性能,并对JFE钢铁公司在X80级管线钢管方面的生产供货业绩做了介绍.
It presents alloy design principle of medium and thick plates(l2.7~l6.9mm)for grade X80 and X100 pipeline steel at JFE steel Corp,Japan,the welding process design of pipeline steel and production flow chart.It indicated that the superiority of online accelerating cooling process for ultra cooling capacity.It systematically analyses mechanical properties,sample selection method for cold flattening due to the tolerance formed by Baugtsziger effect and the properties of site girth welding of steel pipe.It introduces production,delivery experience list of grade X80 pipeline steel pipe at JFE Steel Co.
