摘要
本文报告我院 1980年 5月至 1993年 5月 120例膀胱癌患者行膀胱部分切除术中粘膜随机活检及其中88例随访研究结果。本资料揭示不典型增生和原位癌检出率较高,且与肿瘤分级呈正相关。肿瘤复发明显多见于初次粘膜随机活检为阳性的患者。
From may 1980 to may 1993 120 cases of first mucosa random Biopsies carriedon during Partial cystectomy and 88 cases of second mucosa random Biopsies carriedon in postoperative follow-up in Patients with bladder carcinoma. Data showed thatthe high detection rate atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ in the first biopsiesand close Positve correlated with the histological differentiation grade ofcancers. Recurrence was seen more frequently in Patients with Positive randombiopsies.
