摘要
本文总结25例经手术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔病例。治疗方式分别为结膜瓣遮盖硅胶扳遮盖、自体断层皮片移植,同种异体角膜移植和眼内容物剜除术。结果证明结膜瓣遮盖仅8/11保存眼球,愈合后视力差,并发症多。硅胶板可在穿孔大,情况紧急时作暂时封孔以保存眼球,自体断层皮片不久即溶解;角膜移植者7眼中6眼保存了眼球,且有5例植片透明,视力0.1—0.4。本文还讨论了手术治疗的机理及不同手术式的选择。
Twenty Five cases of corneal ulcer perforation treated by operations,includingconjunctival flap,silicon rubber disc, split thickness derrnal grafts ,keratoplasty andevisceration. The results showed that only 8 eyes with conjuntival flap were survivedwith poor vision and compalications in 11eyes. Silicon rubber only could be usedtemporarily to close targe perforation in emergency case for savmg the eyeblbaee.And split - thickness dermal grafts dissolved in a short time after operation.As forthe Keratoplasty saved 6 of 7 eyeballs, and of them were clear with vision 0.1-0.4. The mechanism of Surgical treatment and choice of operations were alsediscussed.
