摘要
目的:观察黄芪三仙汤对去卵巢雌性大鼠脑内免疫细胞的超微结构的影响。方法:将 32只雌性大鼠随机分为 4组,即正常对照组、假手术组、模型组和治疗组。模型组、治疗组行大鼠背部切口切除双侧卵巢进行模型复制,假手术组切除同样大小的脂肪。治疗组用黄芪三仙汤灌胃。于4周后用透射电镜观察脑组织中神经胶质细胞超微结构变化。结果:模型组海马区可见神经胶质细胞增生,其中以小胶质细胞为主,星形胶质细胞次之;可见变性的神经细胞,在变性神经细胞的周边和血管周围有增生活跃的小胶质细胞;可见脂褐素。假手术和正常对照组也可见脂褐素,但较模型组少,其余超微结构基本正常。治疗组中,以上变化明显减少。结论:黄芪三仙汤能明显抑制神经胶质细胞的增生和活化,抑制中枢神经的免疫炎性反应,从而达到神经保护作用。
Objective:To observe effect of Huangqi Sanxian Recipe(HSR) on Neurogliocytes in Ovariectomized Rat’s Brain. Method : Thirty-two female rats were randomly divided into four groups, namely the control , the pseudo-operation ,the model and the treatment groups . Rats were ovariectomized in model group.Same volum'fat was resected in pseudo-operation rats. Rats in treatment group were treated with HSR.Four weeks later , ultrastructure of neurogliocyte was observed under transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Result:In model group , the TEM examination revealed lipofuscin and neurogliocyte hyperplasia reactively in the hippocampus, especially microglia , then asytrocyte. Microglia assembled and licked up degenerative neurons. Activated microglia masses were observed near blood vessel. These changes could not be seen, and only a few lipofuscin were observed in pseudo-operation group and control group. At the same time,those above were fewer in treatment group. Conclusion: HSR could inhibit Immunoinflammation and neurons’s degeneration to protect central nerve system.
