摘要
新一代钢铁材料的主要特征表现为高洁净度、超细晶粒和高均匀化,金属材料组织的晶粒细化处理是能够同时提高材料强度和韧性的最佳强化机制。综述了微米级超细晶粒钢细化技术的主要研究成果,简述了晶粒超细化方法的具体工艺、适用条件及应用情况等,并从工业应用角度分析了现有微米级超细晶粒钢制备技术的主要问题和研究方向。
The main characteristics of new generation steel are high purity, high uniformity and ultra - fine grain. Structure refining treatment of iron and steel material is proved to be the optimum way that can improve strength and toughness. In this paper, the main research results of fining technology for micro - scale ultra - fine grain steel are summarized, the specific techniques, and applicability are briefly discussed. Furthermore, some special problems and research trends of this area are analyzed from the view of industrial application.
