摘要
利用机械力化学改性方法对复杂铝土矿尾矿进行了表面化学改性的研究。结果发现,机械力化学作用能够促进尾矿改性的进行,达到改性目的。并利用活化指数、沉降高度和接触角预先评价了改性效果,同时考察了磨矿浓度、偶联剂用量、球料比、改性时间、磨机转速等因素对改性效果的影响。经红外光谱分析表明,尾矿和钛酸酯的结合主要有共价键结合和氢键结合。
An experimental research on surface modification of complicated bauxite tailings by mechanical force is described in this paper. Experimental results showed that the mechano-chemicalaction can promote modifying process of bauxite tailings,and thus the modifying purpose is alsoachieved easily. Several important parameters used for judge modifying efficiency,such as activation index,sedimentation height in olefin and surface contact angle were evaluated. The factors that influencing on the modifying efficiency,such as grinding concentration,dosage of coupling agent(titanite),ratio of ball and tailings,modifying time,rotating speed of mill,were examined. The IR analysis showed that there are covalent bond and hydrogen bond between tailings and titanate.
