摘要
从我国最大的集采—选—冶为一体的“721矿”铀矿石中分离富集出具强适应性的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillusferrooxidans,T.f),其最适pH值为2. 0。利用紫外线诱变法处理,经定向筛选获得一株可在pH1. 2条件下快速生长,甚至可在pH0. 9、0. 6的条件下生长的突变株,经过多代培养其氧化活性稳定,可直接用于铀矿石的生物浸出。
An original Thiobacillus ferrooxidans strain isolated and enriched from“the 721 Uranium Mine”which is the biggest uranium mine in China has high activity of oxidizing ferrous and optimum pH value 2.0. When it is treated by ultraviolet irradiation,a mutant strain was obtained after a series of directional screening. This mutant strain can grow fast under the condition of pH1.2 and also can grow under the condition of pH 0.9 and 0.6. Meanwhile it is stable after 8 times inoculating culturing. It can be directly used for uranium bioleaching.
