Lu^(3+)掺杂对20GaF_3-15InF_3-20CdF_2-15ZnF_2-20PbF_2_10SnF_2玻璃抗析晶能力和红外吸收边的影响

摘要 以 2 0GaF3 15InF3 2 0CdF2 15ZnF2 2 0PbF2 10SnF2 氟化镓玻璃为基玻璃 ,用LuF3替代等摩尔含量的PbF2 ,以改善玻璃的抗析晶能力。用差示扫描量热法研究了LuF3含量对玻璃热性能和抗析晶能力的影响 ,用红外透过光谱研究了LuF3含量对玻璃透红外性能的影响。结果表明 :在玻璃中掺入摩尔分数为 2 %的LuF3可以获得最佳的抗析晶能力 ;LuF3的掺入对玻璃的透红外性能稍有影响 ,红外截止波长的变化范围仅在 10 .1μm~ 10 .9μm之间。 In order to improve the stability of glasses, LuF 3 was introduced to fluorogallate glass, which was consisted of 20GaF 3-15InF 3-20CdF 2-15ZnF 2-20PbF 2-10SnF 2, to substitute PbF 2 in the glass. The influences of LuF 3 contents on the thermal property and stability of glasses were studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The infrared property of glasses was studied by infrared transmission spectra. The experiment results indicate that glass has better stability when 2% LuF 3 is added in the glass. And the infrared cut-off wavelength only ranges between 10.1μm and 10.9μm.
