摘要
研究了PAANH4 凹凸棒石粘土水悬浮液分散稳定性。结果表明 :固相质量分数不同的浆料 ,其最佳分散剂添加量均为 4 .5 %。固相质量分数的提高 ,浆料最低粘度值提高 ,分散剂有效用量范围变窄。对于给定PAANH4 添加量的浆料 ,其流变性随着pH的提高有明显的改善 ;pH值为 6 .5的悬浮液 ,经过高于 6 .5阶段的吸附 ,其流变性能均显著改善 ,而经过pH值为 8.5阶段的吸附的悬浮液粘度值最小。
The stability of aqueous attapulgite suspensions with polyelectrolyte dispersants PAANH 4 was studied. The results showed that the optimal dispersant content was 4.5% (mass fraction) for various particles loading. As the mass fraction of particles increased,the viscosity also increased, whereas the effective content of dispersant range became smaller. As pH value increased, the rheological properties of the suspensions with a given amount of PAANH 4 were improved obviously. The rheologic property of the suspension with pH 6.5 was improved considerably if it experienced an adsorption above pH 6.5, and lower viscosity of the suspension was obtained through adsorption stage at pH 8.5.
