含Q相高铝水泥水化性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在实验室内采用化学原料烧制Q相 CA(CaO·Al2 O3) C1 2 A7(12CaO·7Al2 O3)高铝水泥 ,对所烧制的水泥进行水化性能研究。研究结果表明 :Q相 CA C1 2 A7高铝水泥早期强度高 ,中后期强度仍在发展且不倒缩。XRD和DTA分析表明 ,其早期水化产物为铝胶、CAH1 0 和C2 AH8,中后期为铝胶、CAH1 0 、C2 AH8和C3AH6 。 The hydration properties of cement of Q Phase-CA-C 12 A 7 are investigated which is sintered in laboratory. The results show that the cement has high early strength and its compressive strength is developing during middle and late period. The XRD and DTA analysis show that its major hydration products are CAH 10 and C 2AH 8 crystalline, AH 3 gel at early period and CAH 10 ,C 2AH 8 and C 3AH 6 crystalline and AH 3 gel at middle and final period.
