摘要 一维纳米结构如纳米线和纳米管 ,不仅在基础理论研究方面对于探索材料的维数和尺寸对其光学、电学和力学等性质的影响有很大的研究价值 ,而且其实际应用涉及领域十分广泛 ,如探针显微镜的针尖 ,纳米电子器件的连接等。本文评述纳米线研究的最新进展 ,着重介绍了不同类型纳米线的合成制备方法及其可能的应用领域 。 One-dimensional structures with nanometers diameters, such as nanotubes and nanowires, not only have great potential for researching fundamental concepts about the roles of dimensionality and size in,for example, optical, electrical, and mechanical properities, but also for applications ranging from probe microscopy tips to interconnections in nanoelectronics. This article summarized the new nanowires researching headway, putting emphases on the methods for synthesizing different kinds of nanowires and their practical or potential applying fields, and viewed the researching trends about nanowires.
