摘要
综述了银耳的生物学特性、栽培技术和病虫害防治方面的研究状况,并探讨了银耳育种及菌种保藏等研究领域存在的问题,为银耳的进一步开发研究提供了依据。
The research situation of biological characteristics, cultivation technique, disease and insect control of Tremella fuciformis was reviewed, while the problems existed in genetics, breeding and strain preservation of T. fuciformis in China were also discussed in this paper. It would provide the basis for the further development and utilization of T. fuciformis in the future.
