摘要
目的 探讨肺鳞状细胞癌(简称肺鳞癌)中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP- 2)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 2(TIMP- 2)的表达及其与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移的关系。方法 利用 ABC免疫组化技术观察 60 例肺鳞癌(高分化鳞癌 40 例,低分化鳞癌 20例, 其中28例淋巴结转移)及部分癌旁正常肺组织(28例)中的MMP-2、TIMP- 2表达情况。结果 MMP- 2与TIMP- 2表达于癌细胞胞浆中,MMP- 2表达阳性率为45%,在低分化肺鳞癌中的表达高于高分化者(P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移(P<0.01)。TIMP- 2表达阳性率为40%,在高分化或无淋巴结转移的肺鳞癌中的表达高于低分化或有淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。结论 肺鳞癌中MMP- 2和TIMP- 2表达与其分化程度及淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical implication of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP 2) in lung squamous cell carcinoma and the relationship between their expressions and tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.Methods The expressions of MMP 2、TIMP 2 were observed by ABC imunohistochemiccal technique in 60 lung squamous cell carcinoma including 28 lung squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastases, among them there were 40 highly differentiated and 20 poorly differentiated ones.Results MMP 2 and TIMP 2 were localized within cytoplasm of tumor cells. MMP 2 expressive rate was 45%, and expression in poorly differentiated tumors was higher than that in highly differentiated ones(P<0.05), and the higher expression of MMP 2, higher rate of lymph node metastasis(P<0.01). The expressions rate of TIMP 2 was 40%, and the expression in well differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma or without lymph node metastasis were higher than those in poorly differentiated ones(P<0.05)or with positive metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion Expressions of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 is relate to the differentiation and lymph node metastasis in cutaneous lung squamous cell carcinoma.
