摘要
手动换档变速手柄检测装置可以同步测试换档变速手柄推拉操纵力和纵向、横向角度位移信号。结 合于动变速器换档机构的工作原理,提出了一种简便、准确的根据操纵手柄的纵向和横向角度位移信号进 行档位变换过程中变速器所处档位的识别方法,并应用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW开发了该测试装置档 位识别系统。
The test device for gear shift operating rod of manual transmission can detect the operating force and corresponding angular displacements. According to the principle of shift mechanism of manual transmission, we proposed a method to identify the shift procedure through data processing and developed the shift procedure identifying system based on virtual instrument.
