摘要
从民营企业从业人员素质、管理机制、人才流失等几个方面,分析当前我国民营企业用人机制中存在的问题,并通过外资企业与民营企业的用人观比较研究,借鉴他们各自的成功经验,在提高企业家素质、合理选聘人才、吸引人才、正确认识离职员工等方面提出了相应的几点建议。
This article tries from the aspects of employee's schooling forming, mechanism of management, brain drain etc. to analysis the problem existing in the present employing mechanism of Non-Government Enterprises, and through the comparison research of views on the use of personnel in the foreign capital business enterprise and the Non-Government Enterprises, and drawing lessons from each other, put forward corresponding countermeasures in the aspects of improving entrepreneur's quality, hiring the talented person rationally, drawing on the talented person, recognizing retired office employees correctly etc.
