NOTE ON UNSTABLE OF SYSTEM

讨论了切达耶夫定理的条件中矛盾之处,对切达耶夫定理重新进行了表述,并给出了证明,提出了不稳定性充要条件需要改进的方面,并沿着两个思路进行了改进,同时给出了证明。

This paper discussed contradictory elements in the condition of Четаев’s theorem of the unstable of system, and made an expression of this theorem again and given a proof of this theorem. Then it pointed out the orientation of improving the sufficient and essential condition of the unstable,and gave a proof of this theorem.
