铁皮石斛的组织培养与快速繁殖研究

Study of tissue culture and rapid propagation in Dendrobium candidum

以铁皮石斛(DemdrobiumcardidumWall.exLindl)无菌幼苗茎段为外植体,分别研究了不同基本培养基、天然附加物和植物生长调节剂对铁皮石斛原球茎、不定芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响.结果表明,在不定芽诱导和增殖中,4种基本培养基中以B5的效果最好.而芽增殖率则以B5基本培养基中添加0 1mg/L6-BA的效果最好;在3种天然附加物中,以添加椰子汁对芽的增殖效果最好;原球茎的增殖以1 0mg/L的NAA效果最佳,诱导生根则以1 0mg/L的NAA效果最明显.

The effects of various basic media, nature mash, 6-BA and NAA on the stem culture of Dendrobium candidumwere studied. Among 4 media, the B5 medium was the best for bud inducing and proliferating; the highest efficiency of bud proliferation was obtained by the use of B5 medium with the addition of 0.1 mg/L 6-BA, coconut milk; the best effect of protocorm proliferation was obtained by the use of B5 medium with the addition of 1.0 mg/L NAA; the best effect of root inducing was obtained by the use of B5 medium with the addition of 1.0 mg/L NAA.
