摘要
简单重复序列(Simplesequencerepeat,SSR)技术以其丰富的多态性、共显性遗传、重复性好和操作简单等优点正广泛用于植物种质资源及育种的研究.文章简要介绍了SSR技术的原理、特点及引物获得的途径,对SSR及其它几种分子标记技术进行了比较,并着重介绍了近年来SSR技术在玉米指纹图谱、品种鉴定、目标性状基因定位、遗传多样性及优势类群划分中的应用现状及前景.
As a highly polymorphic, codominant, well-repeated and convenient molecular marker technique, simple sequence repeat (SSR) was used more and more widely in plant genetics and breeding. In this paper, the theory and characteristics of SSR and the way to obtain the SSR primers were introduced. The differences between SSR and the other main molecular markers were also compared. In addition, the application of SSR marker technique in germplasm resources of maize was also discussed.
