摘要
本文拟运用博弈论的方法对人力资源管理中上下级管理与被管理的关系进行分析,通过构造一个会计主管与会计人员的博弈模型来说明公司高层管理人员如何对中层干部及下属员工进行奖惩制度的设计。
Appling the method of game theory, the paper analyses the relationship of higher and lower level personnel s management and being managed in management of human resource. Based on a game theory model of financial administrator and accountant, it points out how the administrator of a corporation should design a good system of giving rewards and penalties to department managers and other staff members.
