The application of the new textbook of 'Open English' in open education (Benke) offers a basis for the construction of the new mode of English Guide Course. This paper, in terms of the open education students, analyses the psychological and linguistic basis of the construction of new 'Open English' guide course mode, explores the constructive methods and raises workable methods as well.
