摘要
本研究是探讨市级电大充分利用现代信息技术与条件,整合现有的各种教育资源,构建地区远程开放教育平台,并综合利用于“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目。
The aim of this research presented in this paper is to find a way for full use of modern information technology and diversified education resources;it also explores a teaching platform based on modern technology.
